It is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, direct-acting spool-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve.

The Manufacturing Quality Level of China Hydraulic Cartridge Valves

2 months ago in early February, AAK customized a PV72-30AM Proportional Valve Assembly for a European customer.

The valve assembly includes a HydraForce solenoid operated, pressure compensated, spool type, normally closed, proportional priority flow control valve PV72-30AM-0-N-12DG, and a HydraForce CV08 series Check Valve, assembled to an aluminum block. This is just very similar to a valve and block assembly that we shipped to a customer in Russia before, and we finished it in 15 days and a/f'd it to customer by end February.

Before CNY, we received an inquiry from a European customer for a Valve Assembly.

The valve assembly includes a HydraForce solenoid operated, pressure compensated, spool type, normally closed, proportional priority flow control valve PV72-30AM-0-N-12DG, and a HydraForce CV08 series Check Valve, assembled to an aluminum block. This is just very similar to a valve and block assembly that we shipped to a customer in Russia before, and we can finish it in 20 – 25 days.

The customer confirmed the order with us before CNY. Because this assembly is urgently needed for an application, once our factory is reopened from holiday in February 10, 2025, we expedited the process and finished it in 15 days. HydraForce PV72-30AM Solenoid-Operated Proportional Valve Assembly

In recent months, we received the inquiries for HydraForce hydraulic solenoid cartridge valve SV12-P23A-0-U-24EG-M3 from several customers.

This is a solenoid-operated, 2 way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve, designed to function as a load holding or blocking valve in applications requiring low internal leakage. It has the Position Indicator Switch with Restricted Flow, and with Neutral Sense, DT04-4P, Dual Output NC/NO.

Currently, only a few of the hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers in China can offer this option and the price is very high. At the repeated requests of the customer, AAK purchased the original product from overseas, and is in developing it. It is difficult and may take a long time.
